Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about renting a roll-off dumpster in Florida.
Will the roll-off dumpster damage my driveway?
No. Driveway protection is standard with every rental. Our drivers lay down thick wooden boards so the heavy steel rollers never make direct contact with your concrete or pavers.
What exactly is included in your flat-rate pricing?
Your upfront price includes delivery, pickup, a standard 7-day rental period, and a generous weight allowance. No hidden broker fees, environmental charges, or fuel surcharges.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our standard rental period is 7 days. If your project takes longer, you can easily extend your rental for a flat daily rate (usually $15/day). Just let us know 24 hours in advance.
How high can I load the debris?
Debris must NOT exceed the top edge (the legal fill line). Florida highway safety regulations require all loads to be tightly tarped. Overfilled bins cannot be hauled and incur a dry-run fee.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
If your debris exceeds the included tonnage limit at the municipal scalehouse, you will simply be billed a prorated fee for the exact excess weight at $75 per additional ton.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No, you do not need to be present. As long as the delivery area is completely clear of vehicles and obstacles, our professional drivers will handle drop-off and pickup automatically.
Do I need a city permit?
If the dumpster is placed entirely on your private property (like your driveway), no permit is required. If placed on a public street or right-of-way, a local city permit may be necessary.
What happens if it rains during my rental?
Heavy Florida downpours can add water weight to absorbent materials like drywall, mattresses, or yard waste. We highly recommend tossing a standard tarp over the container during severe storms.
What items are strictly prohibited?
Per county codes, we CANNOT accept food waste, liquid paints, pool chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, or Electronic Waste (TVs/Monitors). Large appliances and tires are allowed ONLY via our Special Handling options.
